Map It Realtor is a brand new way of navigating specifically designed for realtors. Map It Realtor helps you get from one listing to the next by simply tapping your phone. Simply input all your addresses, click a few buttons, and all your addresses will be navigated on the same route from shortest to furthest. No longer will time be lost crossing over and back tracking as you navigate just one address at a time.

As a busy real estate agent you will have the flexibility to change your route on the go. If you get cancellations or new listings you may need to adjust the order of your route. Simply drag and drop to adjust the order and your back on the road showing homes.

During navigation, addresses will show up as colored pins along the route. We have added in the option of taking pictures and notes associated, and saved with that location. This helps keep things organized when showing homes is over and offers needs to be made.

You also have the option of having specific locations added to your favorites list. This list can be accessed at any time during navigation. If you have a favorite restaurant or place of business, you can add these to your navigation route simply and easily.

For all you listing agents, keeping track of your listing can be problematic. We have included a listings page where you can access all your listings, find them on our map, recall all important facts about your listing, and you can share this with anyone.

Once you are finished showing homes, we know that your job is not over. We have included a route history where all saved data including pictures, notes, and the routes can be easily accessed and shared with your client. We know how important this is in the decision making process.

Finally, one of our most important features which sets us apart from other navigation apps, is we keep you in the app. There is no need to jump from your organization app to a map app and then back again. We keep in all in one location to help you keep things organized.
